I picked my last few raspberries yesterday. I have some frozen, of course, but this was my last chance to enjoy a summer favorite of mine – raspberry almond salad.
Ingredients:
A handful of raspberries
A handful of almonds and/or hazelnuts
Spring salad mix
Raspberry Wishbone salad spritzer (I used to use a light vinegarette dressing, but this is already made and just as delicious.)

To make it:
Toss the raspberries, nuts and salad together. Spritz the dressing on the salad and start eating. It really is a delicious combination.
