I had so much fun last night. I bought 3 flats of annuals, peat pots and potting soil and held a container gardening program for my local library. If you live in the Eastern Shore, Maryland, area, check out Hunter’s Sale Barn in Rising Sun on Monday nights. An Amish family brings the plants down and they are nice. (Plants and people.) Anyway, I put together a slide show about container gardening and then let everyone make their own mini container gardens. It was a ton of fun and I wish I would have gotten pictures of everyone digging in the dirt.
